We as an association RWA are pitted against NEXUS of coloniser supported by musclemen. We got FIR lodged against musclemen with difficulty.
As Counter Blast musclemen filed pvt complaint against our president under CrPC 156(3).
Now we were informed through a source that be ready for some more false cases against us to brow beat us.
Can we take some defensive actions and inform some court that we may get imnvolved in some cases.If so under what clause or provision and to which authority so that we can use that letter or comlaint as our defence later if false cases are slapped against our members..Any Possible remedy against falsly implicating us.?
