Threatening legal notice

What if some one gave me notice with false allegation of non compoundable offence..? I replied them and then they took you turn in their another reply. Is there any remedy for me under law that I can sue them for their threatening notice..?

If you think that allegation against you are false you need not to reply the notice opposite party can only file legal case it doesn't matter wether you replied to the notice or not.
