Time limit to open exparte divorce and contest divorce &mcd

Hi Sir.. Thanks..Please advise in case MCD and Contested divorce time limit to open?

If MCD then there is no chance of appeal.. No appeal possible for Mutual Consent of divorce as it is agreed upon mutually by both the parties (Husband and Wife ). For contested divorce uualy the appeal period will be mentioned in the order copy by the family court Judge. Usually it is 2 or 3 months depending upon the decision by Judge.

Hi Thanks for quick response.. If wife filed divorce under sec 13 1ia,ib. and later husband also interested in Divroce and appeared in court and filed joint memo .judge allowed divorce to both for compromise. Is it possible to husband open case again because of terms didnt come in Final Divocre decree. Please advise. Thanks..........
