To file petition in high court

Dear Sirs,

I would like to know from experts that whether i can file Writ Petition in High Court of Allahabad against the procedure follwed by UP Government to pass the proposal of division of Uttar Pradesh in Assembly . If any remady , pl.inform .

any one have file writ petition on high court, but must have strong reasons.

You can file a Writ. But ,some judgements of the Supreme court say, if subjectmatter of writ is relating to executive policy, i mean remains within the exclusiive executive domain, then courts may be reluctent to entertain writs challenging executive policies.
