Transfer husband wife case with children under 10 years

SIR, WE ARE WORKING FOR DAE, CENTRAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT, BUT AT DIFFERENT UNITS AND WE ARE HAVING CHILDRENS BELOW 10 YEARS. THE PROBLEM IS MY UNIT IS NOT WILLING TO TAKE MY WIFE AND HER UNIT REJECTED ME ON THE GROUNDS OF MY PREVIOUS CRs. THOUGH CRs HAS BEEN SPOILED DUE TO PERSONAL ENEMITY. NOW WHAT TO DO TO KEEP MY FAMILY TOGETHER?

if you have not reprsented against adverse CRsthen you have to reap its harverst. Personal enimity behind these CRs is no more relevant if the appellate period has lapsed.

you appear to have taken no action so far to get the ACR set aside. It appears that CRs are below bench mark and not communicated

SO you have to reap the harvest of spoiled ACR if you do not fight. So better not to crib
