I have filed for divorce in Trichy during 2009 and as of date its in trial state. My wife has opened up a MC in salem this year. Looks like she is the motive of tranfering the hmop to salem. Is it possible as in trichy the case is almost in trial state. If yes, i am keen in knowing the procedure. My worry is, if the transfer happens, then i may need to start from the begining. Is there any way i can stay this not to be transfered to Salem. Really appreciate the help / advice
