kindly tell me is there any laws if that tranfer a property to a dead person .my uncle died few years ago they stay out of states .his childern has given me power of attorney .thier property need to be registered in city survey and land record . thier children want thier property to be registered in the name of their deceased father as per thier request .has i m poa how can i make procedure of application in city survey and land record .
