I have purchased a redeveloped flat in Andheri, Mumbai. There is no existence of proper committee in the society since it is not been handedover by the builder since last 7 years due to old members and builder issues. Kindly tell me how should i get the name transfered on the old share certificate. Transfer fee is already been paid. There is a welfare committe in existence who collects the maintenance and manages the show. Please advice.
