Two wheeler warranty

Dear sir, I have purchased new two wheeler, which is having problem from the day one. Now, the manufacture telling that, it's engine problem. Pls advice, shall i approach consumer court for replacement.

Kindly advice.

If any defect or manufacturing defect exists in your two wheeler within warranty period  and maufacturer/dealer does not remove/solve the problem then you can file complaint against manufacturer and dealer before Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum and claim replacement along with compensation towards mental and physical agony.

yes you have the right to move to consumer forum if the dealer or the manufacturer does not listen your complaint.

first ask ur manufacture to replace the vehicle. if they fail to replace then file a case in consumer court.
