Hi my own brother is uk citizen and for any small kind of family arguments he is threatening me that he will book false police cases on me and for any of his false case or my family arguement there is no proof or witness. but still he says bcoz he has british passport the indian and british government will support me. please let me know what can i do for his false threats???
we both are unmarried. parents alive. and house on fathers name and parents confused to whom they should support bcoz both are own sons. he came after 10 years to india. and the house portion in which iam staying is on different floor and constructed by me.
how can is save myself from his threats?
