One of my neighbour is using domestic LPG connection in his shop which is a Glodsmith business i.e. gold ornaments manfacturing shop in central kolkata at bowbazar location.Although the event is very much odd looking but he is using the gas in blue colour painted bottle but the bottle 1st coat was red colour coat as it is clearly red coat patches are visiable beneth the blue coat of the gas bottle. Local word councillor and police station have been bribed so they are not taking any action and although it is happening since long time (mid of 2006 ) but due to unawareness nobody to able to lodge cpmplain to concern authority.Kindly let me know the details of the apex authority where to lodge complain for punishment.
