In the backdrop of the above a humble whisle blower wrote an RTI application and after years of bureaucratic apathy and
red tapism
the matter was finally heard on 20th May 2013
When the order of central information commission was communicated to RTI applicant he was shocked
to find that he was alleged of using "unparliamentary adjective" against a well known bribe taker of insurance
company, apparently incited by insurance company First appellate authority who flew personally from Mumbai
to Delhi instead of attending video conference from Mumbai.
As per a broad estimate public money of about Rs. one million was released to alleged corrupt official consequent
to his act of bribe taking by way of salary, wage revision etc, He deserved immediate dismissal, however, had he been
put to suspension half of the public money (about Rs. 5 lakh) might have been saved.
Attached RTI application has been filed in the matter seeking information of specific so called unparliamentary adjective.
