unprofessional behavior in terms of service

Hello Sir/Madam,

I hired a advocate for my case. I paid 70% of her fees. but still that advocate is not doing anything in my case.

So what I can do?
Against advocate, I approach to bar council?

OR

Can go to Consumer court.

what can I do?

Change your Advocate. Consumer commission has no jurisdiction. BCI is applicable only when Advocate has broken any code of conduct. I believe your case doesn't fall under the purview of BCI even, so better to change your Advocate and engage a honest and proactive Advocate.

You can make the complaint to the State Bar Council.
