Dear Expert,
We have bought a property in Feb 2007 thru a sale deed and notarized the same. whereas we have not registered the property since the Registration was banned in that particular area for some other reason.(Not related to our property, Actually there was dispute of land in similar area but Registrar or competent Authority has banned the registry for all area )
The Owner of the Property was died in 2012 without any WILL, please suggest me on the following :
1. What action we have to taken for getting POA from his legal heir.
2. Document required to start the Procedure for getting POA
3. Are we in Risk
Pl. note we are residing there from the date of purchase(Pl. Note the time period is More than 7 Year)
