I need advice relating to PF deduction in my new organisation. My current factory was registered under Factories Act in Nov. 2008 but despite having more than 20 employees they registered under PF Act just after one year i.e. in Nov. 2009. Till now they are not deducting Pf of contractual employee and deducting PF of company employee but deducting that on basic (and in many cases the basic of workers are that of less than minimum wages). They are also not willing to pay the penalty or nondeposited amount.Will u please suggest me the way out?
