Any order judgment or decree can not be executed automatically by the Police in India. Firstly it has to be executed by filling an execution petition and secondly by filling a suit and finally the court will see whether such foreign court's order is from a reciprocating territory as notified by the central government. So far to my knowledge US is not a reciprocating territory and it can not be executed automatically unless a suit is filed.
