Agreements validity period is three years from the date of it's execution. It is not essential to mention the date of expiry of agreement. If opposite party denies to comply with terms and conditions of agreement within limitation period then you have right to get performed the contract through court.

Eventually, a sale agreement even not registered is enforceable in Law, and shortage of stamp charges can be paid into with the courts order.

An agreement is valid for three years from the date mentioned to execute. You may file a civil suit in a court of law which has competent jurisdiction over the matter for the execution of the same.
