I am working in psu since 11 years. I have applied for promotion, my branch manager signed on application for recommondation. And instruct the branch staff not send the application to higher office . When i enquired about my form he said that there is problem in form so he said i will call to higher office then send the application to higher office. What i do now ? Please help.
