Generally it is seen that complaint of CRPC 125 AND DV ACT if filed by wife in her city and in vernacular language (GUJARAT,MAHARASHTRA CHENNAI AP )which is other than Hindi state and husbabd residers IN MP UP BIHAR RAJASTHAN then can he demand the complain to be translate either in HINDI OR ENGLISH to know the exact nature of contents of complaint?
CAN COURT ORDER FOR IT
PLS GUIDE and if posible for court case if any
