Hello Members,
Is it necessary for any audio clip and video clip, if submitting in the court as evidence, we need to submit the typed scriptt also of the conversation in audio/video clip. Does the court considers and see the evidence without such scriptt also.

yes the court can consider without translation too if the court think fit and proper for interest of justice.

Yes typed version is essential for admissibility of audeo/video clip.
