In a case of muredr the Superintendent of Police rushed to the Hospital with his force and ordered his subordinates to record the dying declaration by video and to others to take digital camera photos of the injuries. Question is at the time of trial should the Superintendent of Police who ordered for those video recording and photographs exhibit the same or it can be exhibited only by the persons who took video and the photographs.
