Hello Mr. Ashish Kumar

The Indian Evidence Act S - 65(A) and 65(B) deals with the admissiblity of Electronics Record in Evidence.

But these are subject to proof.

Yes it is very much acceptable under Evidence Act.

You can obtain birth dates under RTI asking list of municipal or hospital records containing such details.

DEAR ASHISH

YOU CAN SEE THE IMPORTANCE OF VOICE OR VIDEO RECORDING EVIDENCE

IN THE JUDGEMENT OF HON'BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA

PAPPU YADAV V/S STATE OF BIHAR

IN WHICH HON'BLE COURT ACCEPT THE VIDEO RECORDING EVIDENCE

AND IF WANT TO TAKE THE DATE OF BIRTH OF OPPOSITE PARTY THEN YOU SHOULD APPLY THROUGH RTI TO HIS SCHOOL AND MCD BIRTH RECORD AND THROUGH HIS IDENTITY CARD AS ELECTION CARD, DRIVING LICENCE, RATION CARD ETC.

AND ALSO YOU CAN APPROACH TO HON'BLE CONCERN COURT FOR IT
