During the Year 2011 August have take VRS from one of the reputed company ,because Management asked me to take VRS(ACTUALY VRS IS not MY decision it is forceblely take BY the company main intention is to reduce the staff ) to get all the benifit of my service i waited tell date now i am planning to file a case on management ,for that i am having some voice record/document which i discussed with our higherup/management.
I worked for this comapny for 25years in various level during the time of VRS I was Manager from last 4years
NoW Question are
1) Can i file case now( One year after VRS)
2) is voice record accetable in court.
