Want to become partner

Sir I want to become a partner in a proprietorship firm with out changing proprietor ship status. Is it possible to become a working partner to secure my investment. Regards Rajnish

After forming partnership proprietorship status will be lost. Your firm will be called partnership firm. You have to register the partnership with registrar of firms.

We don't want to loose proporitor status due to some registration, experience and goodwill . But I also want to secure my investment. Can we write some working deed in background?
