Hi,
I have put maintance against my husband in Jun'15. But till Now he didnt come to court. His lawyer also didnt apper for the last two cases. And he also didnt submit anything against my petition. This month end the judge said we can final it. But now he is sending one lawyer to talk to my lawyer that he is ready to live with me.
What shall i do now.
Already he said he dont want me and my child to all his relative. He is not willing to live with me. Always he will say he is ready to live. But If we talk for that. He will say he is not willing to live with me.
And also i want to know about Lok Adalat
