my self Dr. sahil n i m discussing abt a property dispute so that i can reach to a perfect decision.
my fathers grandpaa says (A) purchase a property in delhi in1945. (A) has 2 sons n divided equally it into (B) and (C).
B is living on that place till now and C (my grandfather) sold this house in 1976 and shift to chandigarh n purchase a plot in1976 n construct it n live there. he also purchase a plot in jerekpur after sometime here my father n grandfather make a mill.( owner is (C) of these 2 property)
in 1982 my father got married n for some family dispute my father leave the home in1983 last n shift to another city.
In 1989 my grandfather (C) sold these 2 property n purchase another 2 property (Ist in panchkula in favour of grandmother and uncle half partly,, 2nd in chandigarh at its own name.
C died in 1998 wid registered(it my be fake) will in favour of his wife.
C wife handicapped died in 24 jan 2001 nwid regestered will(may be fake) on 23 jan 2001 in favour of Ist property to uncle, 2nd to my aunty in virasat.
