Hi sai

Dad's brother is your small father

your small father's wife is called your small mother

Small mother's sister is also called as another small mother

her daughter is considered as sister to you.

So normally in our country this is not agreed

as per law it is yes. but by relationship it is not ok

On the similar lines, can a man marry his grandmother (mother's mother)'s brother's daughter-in-law?

The answer to your query is negative.
