Yes, you can sell your property during lis pendencse but buyer is bound to face the consequences  of litigation also you have to specifically  mention in sale deed that litigation in regard to property is pending and you shall not be held liable for any consequence arised from litigation and buyer will be solely liable for any  consequences. 

You can sell property lispenddnce only if there is no prohibitory order from the court.
