And lift replacement Rs1.15 lac. Association has decided to cutoff water supply to our kitchen which is causing great hazardship. Please advise what action we should take. 1. How many flat Owners are there in your Society?

2. How many members are facing the same problem like you?

3. In which year the demand for SINKING FUND was raised?

Thanks 194 members. Most have been arm twisted and have obliged as easier course of action. Associates has employed two lawyers at our expense. Sinking fund has been raised after last AGM HELD I OCT 2018. Initial objective of raising the fund was to cater for lifts now priorities have shifted. There is large scale conflict of interest. I have nothing to hide. There are residents who owe the association many times more but they've not been targeted. They only want to target weak people like us age 75. They have told the police that they have not closed water, to cover themselves up. Malaprabha block NGV, Koramangala. Bangalore.
