What are risk in shareing bank details with criminals.

In the chaque bounced recent post in LCI the holder of the bounced cheque is asked to provide his bank details. Earlier his legal counsel had adviced him to avoid doing so.

What could be risks if the issuer of cheque share the bank details with others. Please guide.

It depends on the situation, if it is not advisable to share your personal details to any thid person, you can always avoid them

Why the holder of dishonoured cheque is again seeking details of bank account, when s/he is holding "subject" cheque ?

When a person (client) do not accept advise of his/her counsel s/he will have to face consequence.

If you are broad  mind or   belief  or negligent  or (over ) confident then you have to pay heavy penalty for that.
