What is contested divorce,mutual divorce,merital divorce

What is (1) Contested divorce? (2) Merital divorce? (3) Mutual divorce? What is it's procedures & how long it would take time to disclose/complete d case?

If both are agreeing for divorce then you can go for mutual divorce which will take a year.if one of you is not agreeing for divorce the case would be a contested one and it will run for atleast four to five years
