What will happen if I don't attend to the SHRC on judgement day.

I have filed a complaint with SHRC. A case was recently opened. I have repeatedly requested to withdraw my complaint but they are not responding. What happens if I don't attend before SHRC on the date of judgement.

Hello,

If you have already requested for withdrawl of your complaint and if you remain absent on the date of judgment. SHRC may dismiss your complaint.

You need not be present. SHRC will decide the matter at their discretion.
