Whatsapp instruction

Generally the govt. employee / school teacher is bound to comply with the order(s) / direction(s) issued by autorities.

Is there any reason for non-compliance of the orders, when it is properly communicated on whatsapp ?

In case of doubts, the teacher can contact either his colleagues or his superiors (Head Master) or administrative staff for clarification.  In view of the critical situation when institutions are running with reduced staff, examination time, postal disruptions, school administration has to follow easy procedure that certainly reaches the concerned.  It is communication that is important and has to be obeyed.

What really is the problem in complying with the instruction - is not lawful or ethical or impossible? Any how, you can seek  confirmation.
