I have a Case on me IPC SEC 420 and 417, But Am not in India. Case if Filed in 2016 March, Since Feb 2016 on wards , Am Out of Country. No Charge sheet Created by Police. Case Status is in "Pending", Now I have No Plans to go India Also. But I want to know this, How Many days i stay far from My Family? If i go to India (Other States), Immigration / Embassy can Catch me?? Arrest me?? They can find my case based on my Passport number . In this Case IF i can Apply any Single Status Certificate, Can I get any Problem? When My FIR will Close?
