Where to complain against neibhour

Respected sir, I have a problem with neighbour who is residing in my front side . He has extended the area on the road through his RAMP of his entrance gate and he park his vehicle in front of his house, because of extended RAMP and parking his vehicle , all the vehicles goes from upper to my ramp and because of this my ramp has demolished/damaged, several times I tried to explain to him about this matter but his is not compromise . Is there any legal way to take action against him

I would first establish whether the RAMP extension he has got whether it is legal or illegal. It appears that he has extended this without the approval of the municipal committee or the appropriate government department. If this is the case then you need to file a complaint to the appropriate government department explaining that as a result I am the victim of further financial loss due to his un Co-operative stance. If you are not able to pursue this via the government department for whatever reasons then you need to write a letter that must be posted recorded delivery to his home address outlining the problems that you are facing. I am sure that you must have spoken to him on several occasions about this matter but it appears that he has ignored this. Therefore before you set anything in motion legally you are required to write to him informing and explaining the whole issue about this damage loss that you are suffering due to his ramp and extension and parking. Even if you were to take this matter legally the first thing the judge will ask you whether you have pursued this via any other avenues to get this resolved. So therefore please write him and explain your situation and then you will have to wait a while before you take any legal steps.

Yes, you may verfy from the local authority whether the construction has been duly approved.

The local municipla authority must certify whatever construction is carried out. In case prior sanction is not sought, the only option that your neigbour shall have is to compound the constyruction after paying the fine.

Certainlly, one can not construct Ramp.  Make a written complaint to Commissioner, if it is on line.with photographs, and correct location details.

Then after one month file RTI Application seeking information on action taken against your complaint and also file grievance in their on line portal.

Consider neighbourlly relations, before you take hasty step and the final remedy is only through court filing suit against Municipality or Corporation.
