where to file

1. Sex 9+ 125 crpc in family court @ final argument stage filed by wife. 2. 13a hma by husband at civil court sr. Div. 3. Where is sec. 26 hma for interim child visitation teneable....??? 4. Will hon' ble fly. Court entertain it as now its stage of final argument. 5.can it be filed in civil court ??? Pending 13a hma...i.e. Divorce proceedings in process. 6. Sec 24 hma filed by wife in divorce and husband is paying interim of 2 k regularly... 7.diffrent cases un diffrent courts but same district and jurisdiction. 8. Can 26 hma sustain in civil court during 13 a hma proceedings....???
