Ours is a housing cooperative society in Dwarka, Delhi. Our society has got FAR plan sanctioned from DDA after approval of GBM.
We have 270 members out of which 6
5 members have not paid any amount.
Whether their pending amount of FAR charges and further construction charges recoverable under Apartment Ownership Act. 1986, or DCS Act.
Whether there in any court ruling or decision of any court in this regard.
