I have a peculiar divorce case. My husband and I have been having problems and after 14 years of bad marriage, we decided to mutually go in for a divorce. One of the reasons were that he was having an affair with many different women during our marriage as well. During the process of mutual divorce, he got his new lady love pregnant and when he found out that she was pregnant and she would threathen him with police case, he got married to her in Arya Samaj. I and my husband ('cause the divorce is still not finalized) have 2 children and I need security for these 2 children. I asked for the property which my brother and my mother had paid a part payment for it 8 years ago. Now he wants to sell off the property and keep the entire proceeds out of it. Now my husband married his gf and is living in with her in their new house. I am stranded and am sure after our divorce completes, he will ask me to leave the house as well.
Now I wish to fight out for my childrens rights and thus want to meet a good lady lawyer (divorce). Many people suggested divorice lawyers but I need advice of this forum. I need someone who has been in such a case and get me what my 14 years of bad marriage and 2 children should deserve. Kindly advice.
