Who should file application for Potency test?

There are fools abound, I have seen court asking for it.

Why not do it prior hand.

Hi Experts,

  If i understood the case correctly, Wife filed divorce on basis of impotency.

  May I know  why wives use impotency for divorce does she get maintenence without much issue?

  or anyother reason for filing case against husband as impotency.

My advocate told me that as I have filed application for potency test  by medical board, the court will only direct the medical moard to conduct the necessary tests,examinations etc. and submit report on my potency status. So, its the medical board to decide the medical tests.. So, my question is, whatever maybe the fertiliy status, can I refuse the semen analysis at the time of medical board checkup? Has semen analysis any role in determining the s*xual potency status of a male?

It has none.
