my friend had setteld thier family matter lokadalath court and comprised both parties its already five months over but still today they not apply for divorce. the other side lawyers are told she can apply for divorce on the time settlement now they told husband can apply for divorce but he is confused why they told like that so we reuesting you sir please suggest me which is better way to move for divorce .
1. suppose wife apply for divorce time period for divorce and etc...
2.suppose husband apply for divorce time period for divorce and he can face any problems in future....
3.suppose mutual divorce time period and future
