why no misuse clause for 498a and DV cases

even whencourt pointed out there is misuse, why can't the Government realise and act on these misuse and simply call it male chauvinism when asking Apex for misuse clause, Evey one involved knows existing sections are not at all useful and don't get justice delivered in time e.g 358, 182 etc.
can't the govt see that it's। a tool to take revenge and earn easy money by some women. even if। a single life mattered for leaders of the nation, they won't place interests of one gender over another.
