I got married 2.5 years back, after 15 days Wife deserted me more than 2.5 years now. Every attempt to bring her back failed. I filed divorce case based on desertation. We dont have child as we did not had any physical contact since marriage. Can she file maintainance case on me?

1. Yes.
2. If she is not able to maintain herself then she has rights under civl / criminal maintenance laws to file one such Application.
3. Whether she gets it or not is seperate query.
4. Suggest to read past discussions here in LCI on maintenenace to Wife under civil / criminal laws.
