My estranged wife filed " Code of Civil Procedure - Under Section 26 " after being living separately for more than 18 months, and included false accusations claiming that I and my family members harassed for dowry and necked her out from the house, and also they claimed that, they have given 30 lakhs cash and 50 lakhs worth of gold were given to us, however, all those accusation are false. In conclusion, she is requesting to partition the family property and asking her share without showing any interest or willingness to join the marital life with me, could some explain how to overcome this situation and how to get it acquitted.
