wife wants divorce as she has an affair. husband wants to adopt a kid before the divorce.

husband wants to take care of the adopted kid. 

should adopted kid stay with wife or husband after divorce?

There is no punishment for Adultrous wife. Only men can be booked. You can file a case against your wife's boyfriend u/s 497 IPC if you have proper proof and with the same proof file divorce against your wife.

got some proofs(call records, wife talking about her boy friend..etc) ...however trying to get some concrete proofs via private investigation agency

I would suggest just file divorce and do not file any other complaint.

Just get rid of her. I know you are hurt but still. I am sure, the happiness you gain by filing cases against your wife's boyfried will be fleeting and not last long. It is just a satisfaction of you EGO.

File a strong divorce case and get rid of the female.

Adultery is a ground for divorce and nothing else against women.
