Wife harassing in court

i was initiaaly working in bank as branch manager i got leaves from bank and went to Australia for better future of my children my wife is also bank employee and she deveoped extra marital affair with mu younger brother who is also married and having two children.I came back but my wife instesd of applogising filed false domestic violence case on me and few of my family members who are not living with us but she left some members who are taking the sides of my brother.I saw them many times moving in the city they still having relationship my brother is instigating her to file case.they want to ruin me and grab my property my chilgren are living with my wife at her parents home she has also filed maintanance case pl advise

Contest the cases. If you have got any proof that your wife has got relation with younger brother then it is good ground for you, but you have to prove it. Consult the good lawyer.

1. We dont learn from others life. If there is any criminal ( see how they alleged on Annaji) first thing is he will use all options available to him / her to retaliate against you. So before lefvelling any offensive collect evidences.

2. Sexology says s*x desires are automatically coming and can take over one. Why did you leave your wife vulnerable??

3. One should maintain good relations with in laws and own relatives so u can get their moral support.

4. Utapala has shot a very imp question. What is stand of your brothers wife??

5. Appoint detective and prove your case.Or face the DV and pay the maintenance.

Hmmm,

If you have ample proof of adultery, then file for a case against your brother and also file for child custody and initiate divorce proceedings.

Maintenance and DV cases would run and it is in your interest that you start paying maintenance for children suo-motto.

Shonee has given very very good reply. What a human and fabulous thought of paying for own children own ur own. World will be bit more beautiful if all were ( specially advocates and friends) to advise to fight on only real issues and not on unnecessary things. Hats of shonee.
