Wife relinquished her rights in inherited property & asking

wife relinquished (regd deed) her rights to inherited property to her mother & asks for alternate accomodation from husband under DV. Is there any judgment which can be used by husband to show her cunningness to court?

This is with limited understanding on the matter.

You may wait for the advice of other members/experts.

The Legal Heir(s)/successors have the right to relinquish. So your wife can relinquish without need of any of approval/concurrence from anyone.

The wife can ask for accommodation from husband.

If you are contesting the case thru your able lawyer specializing in family matters then your lawyer can also opine on above.

Your lawyer can press on motive.

The court can make its own opinion on arguments presented to court.

You put up your case strongly.   This is very wrong that wife is relinqushing her right and asking house from you....you fight, you might succeed
