Will

sir,  my grandfather executed a will in favour of my father. wordings are" my father can enjoy the  sites till his (my father) lifetime (death) then it has to go to my  2 grandsons" . now grandsons want to built a house in that sites. can my father make a release deed regarding the sites? can grandsons built a house? please reply

according to me Mr. M. Kameswaran yes grandsons can go ahead and build house and no need of release deed, till the time your father is not objecting construction.Any ways later on it wil be automatically transfered to grandsons. As per the lines quoted by you from the WILL of your grandfaher it is only to restrict father from transfering the property to someone else apart from his grandsons.
