my female friend wish to leave home along with husband, children because of the extreme torture by husband. she do not want to file complaint so that children must not suffer. she wish to live at a place which she do not want to disclose it to anyone except mother father and siblings.
She fears that her husband may file missing complaint or torture the children or her mother father and siblings but in any circumstances sghe do not want to live with him because of extreme torture.
she really need your help.
1) How she can save herself against the complaint of missing if filed
2) how she can save her children, mother, father and siblings from his torcher

It is better to file complaint under DV act and escaping and hiding won't help her anyways. She will spoil her case. Better to issue notice for divorce
