My bhabhi said that on x date my brother hit her. Her statements are same in charge sheet.
Other witness in Charge sheet not saying any thing about hitting on x date.
Will bhabhi's statements considered without any supporting witness?

Yes it consider , If because of hit some injury sustain then medical document is compulsory to support it . rest depend on chargesheet .
