I need little clarification in this case from you friends, As my grandmother had 4 daughters and 2 sons. When she is alive she divided the property to 2 sons and gave some money as share to 3 daughters and got legally signature from those daughters that they don’t want share in the property in the year 1992. During that time remaining one daughter had some misunderstanding with grandmother family she is not in share and also no signature brought from her on that time. And also she is widow now. As that daughter age is now 60. Does she had any right to claim the property share? My grandmother died. How I need to proceed this?
